The delivery terms shown in checkout and your order confirmation are the terms for your order. This page explains the standard process around them.
Where we deliver
Online checkout currently accepts only delivery addresses in Georgia and Armenia. Availability may be narrower for a particular product, installation type or remote area. Any restriction is shown before payment.
We do not redirect an order to an unsupported country after payment. Business customers planning a multi-site or cross-border project should use Solutions for Business for a written delivery plan.
Charges, taxes and delivery estimates
The order summary shows the available delivery method, charge and estimated timing before you pay. Unless checkout says otherwise, quoted delivery charges do not include optional installation, structural work or customs charges outside the seller’s territory.
We begin processing after payment is authorized and required order checks are complete. An estimate is not a guaranteed date unless expressly stated. We will send a confirmation and, where available, tracking or appointment information.
For a cross-border order, checkout will disclose known taxes and duties. If the customer is responsible for an import charge, that fact will be stated before payment.
Delivery, access and installation
You must provide a complete address, reachable contact number and safe access for the agreed delivery. Tell us before dispatch about stairs, access restrictions, fragile routes or installation conditions that could affect safe handling.
A standard delivery does not include wall preparation, concealed wiring, electrical work or installation unless the order says it does. A smart mirror must be installed according to the confirmed mounting, electrical and environmental requirements by a suitably qualified person where required.
If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the product or return it. We may charge only reasonable additional costs that were disclosed or arise from inaccurate information or an unjustified failed delivery, subject to mandatory law.
Inspection, risk and ownership
Risk passes when you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receives the product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Ownership passes after BATETI receives full payment.
At handover, check the packaging and visible condition without delaying the carrier unreasonably. Note visible damage on the delivery record where possible. This helps us investigate but does not remove legal rights if damage was not immediately visible.
Delay, loss, damage or wrong delivery
If delivery is late, we will provide a revised estimate and the remedies required by applicable law. Where a delivery deadline is essential or an additional reasonable period expires without delivery, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.
Report a lost, visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect delivery through Support as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number, delivery date and photographs if safe. Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions. Do not install or use a product that appears damaged or unsafe.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may be completion, repair, replacement or refund. See Returns & Refunds and Warranty & Legal Rights.
Always keep the order confirmation. It records the seller, product, price, delivery method, charge and estimate accepted for your purchase.
