We want the return process to be clear before you pay. This policy supplements the rights shown at checkout and never reduces mandatory consumer rights.
Free reservations
A free “Reserve” submission is not a purchase and can be cancelled at any time. Contact Support using the reservation email and reference. Because no payment is taken, there is no refund to process.
If we later introduce a paid pre-order or deposit, its page will state the refund conditions before payment. Those specific terms will control in addition to this policy.
Withdrawal from an eligible online purchase
If you are a consumer covered by Georgian, EU/EEA or another law granting a distance-sale withdrawal right, you may withdraw from an eligible purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the product. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period begins when the last part is received.
To meet the deadline, send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the period expires. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
To BATETI: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following product: [product]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].
The right may not apply to categories excluded by mandatory law, such as genuinely made-to-order goods, sealed hygiene goods after unsealing, or digital content supplied immediately after the required express consent and acknowledgment. We will not rely on an exception unless it applies and was disclosed before payment.
How to request and send a return
- Contact BATETI Support with your order number, purchase email and a clear statement that you want to withdraw or return the product.
- We will confirm the return reference, safe packing instructions and the verified return address. Do not send a product to an informal or unpublished address.
- Return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us, unless we arrange collection or applicable law sets another process.
- Keep proof of shipment or collection until the refund is complete.
The current legal return address appears in Seller Details. For large, fragile or installed products, contact us before removal so the product can be disconnected, packed and transported safely.
Product condition and return costs
You may inspect a product as you reasonably could in a store. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits such a deduction. Include the product, supplied accessories and documentation. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition where law says otherwise.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, BATETI refunds the standard outbound delivery charge. We do not refund the extra cost of a premium delivery option you selected. Return transport costs are handled as disclosed before purchase and required by applicable law. BATETI pays reasonable return costs for a verified defective, incorrect or transit-damaged product.
Refund method and timing
We refund the amount due to the original payment method. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we process the refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Where law permits, we may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you provide evidence that it was sent back, whichever occurs first.
PayPal or your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If a refund is delayed after BATETI confirms processing, contact the provider and then Support with the order number. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency; exchange-rate or bank charges outside our control may vary.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Your rights when goods are defective, unsafe, damaged in transit, not as described or otherwise non-conforming are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right. Contact Support promptly with the order number, description and safe evidence such as photographs. Do not continue using a product if doing so may be unsafe.
After assessment, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, contract cancellation or refund, according to applicable law and what is proportionate. A commercial warranty cannot replace or shorten these rights. See Warranty & Legal Rights.
