The commercial warranty is an additional promise from the named guarantor. It sits alongside—and never replaces—mandatory rights against the seller.

01

Current product status

Mira and Mira Pro are not yet offered for paid online sale. The current launch plan includes a 12-month limited commercial warranty, but this page is not yet an operative warranty certificate for an unplaced order.

Before any paid order is accepted, the order page or durable confirmation will identify the exact product, guarantor, territory, start date, duration, claim route, coverage, exclusions and remedies. If those final terms provide greater protection than this page, the order-specific terms apply.

02

Planned commercial coverage

For an eligible original purchaser, the planned warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal use for 12 months from delivery. After confirming coverage, BATETI may repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or refund the applicable price where repair or replacement is not reasonable.

Replacement parts or products may be new or professionally serviced and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty or any longer minimum required by law. The final warranty certificate will explain whether on-site service, collection or carry-in service applies in the delivery territory.

03

Your statutory rights are separate

The seller is responsible for goods that fail to conform to the sales contract under applicable consumer law. Those rights may last longer than the commercial warranty and may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund. You do not need to rely on this commercial warranty to exercise them.

No warranty exclusion limits liability for a dangerous or defective product, fraud, deliberate misconduct or another right that law does not allow us to exclude.

04

How to make a claim

  1. Stop using the product if continued use may be unsafe.
  2. Contact BATETI Support with the order number, product or device identifier and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Follow remote diagnostic, safe shutdown and packing instructions. Do not open electrical assemblies.
  4. Provide reasonable proof of purchase and, where useful, photographs or diagnostic information.

We will not require unnecessary personal data. We may ask you to remove personal content, sign out or transfer ownership before repair. If the claim is covered, the reasonable assessment and remedy costs are borne as required by the warranty and applicable law.

05

What the commercial warranty is not expected to cover

Subject always to mandatory law, the commercial warranty is not expected to cover:

  • normal cosmetic wear that does not affect operation;
  • damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or unsuitable environmental conditions;
  • installation, wall mounting, electrical work or moisture exposure that does not follow the product instructions or confirmed rating;
  • unauthorized repair, alteration, unsupported software or removal of identification labels;
  • third-party accessories or services not supplied as part of the BATETI product;
  • loss of data or settings that could reasonably have been backed up before service.

An exclusion applies only where the excluded event caused or materially contributed to the issue. It does not remove rights for an unrelated manufacturing defect.

06

Service, software and privacy

Repair may require diagnostics, software updates, reset or replacement of a module. Back up data and disconnect third-party accounts where possible. Technicians may access only the device and diagnostic data reasonably needed to perform the service, under our Privacy Policy.

Security and conformity updates may remain available outside the commercial warranty period where required by law or stated for the product. Warranty service does not guarantee that an unsupported third-party integration will remain available.
