BATETI uses a small set of first-party cookies and browser-storage entries. Essential storage runs core features; optional analytics remains off until you consent.

01

What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small values a website asks your browser to store and send with later requests. Local storage keeps values in the browser until they are removed. Session storage normally lasts only for the browser tab or session. These technologies can remember choices, protect sign-in and measure how a site is used.

This policy describes storage set directly by BATETI. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

02

Essential cookies and storage

bateti_id_session

Purpose: authenticates BATETI ID and protects account requests. Type: secure, HTTP-only first-party cookie. Lifetime: up to 8 hours, or earlier sign-out or revocation.

bateti_id_device

Purpose: recognizes the same browser installation so duplicate sessions can be replaced and signed-in devices can be managed. Type: secure, HTTP-only first-party cookie. Lifetime: up to 365 days unless removed earlier.

bateti_cart_v1

Purpose: keeps the contents of your shopping bag in this browser. Type: first-party local storage. Lifetime: until checkout completes, you remove the items or browser storage is cleared.

bateti_cookie_preferences_v1

Purpose: records whether optional analytics is accepted or rejected and which notice version you answered. Type: first-party local storage. Lifetime: the choice is treated as valid for 180 days, then we ask again.

These items are necessary to deliver a feature you request, remember your privacy choice or secure the service. They are not used for advertising. Blocking them may stop the bag, sign-in, session management or consent controls from working correctly.

03

Optional BATETI analytics

Analytics is disabled by default and begins only after you select “Accept analytics” or enable Analytics in Cookie settings.

bateti_analytics_visitor_v1

Purpose: assigns a random browser identifier so we can estimate unique visitors without storing a name, email or raw IP address in the analytics record. Type: first-party local storage. Lifetime: until you withdraw analytics consent or clear browser storage.

bateti_analytics_session_v1

Purpose: groups analytics events within a browser session. Type: first-party session storage. Lifetime: until the browser session ends, or you withdraw consent.

With consent, the browser sends page path, truncated referrer, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, and limited event details for page views, searches, bag changes, checkout stages, purchases, reservations and submitted forms. BATETI analytics events are deleted after 13 months. The analytics system does not create advertising profiles or use cross-site tracking.

04

Payment and third-party services

Google reCAPTCHA loads when you submit a protected public form. It analyzes interaction, browser, device and network signals to prevent automated abuse and may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie. Google controls this technology under its privacy policy and terms. BATETI uses the result only to protect the form submission and does not use it for BATETI advertising.

PayPal loads only in the checkout flow when payment is available. PayPal may use its own cookies or similar technology to provide payment, prevent fraud and remember its users. PayPal controls that storage under its own cookie and privacy notices. BATETI does not use PayPal cookies for BATETI advertising.

Following a link to another website may allow that website to set its own storage. BATETI does not control third-party storage outside our pages.

05

Change or withdraw your choice

Select at any time. Rejecting or disabling Analytics stops future analytics events. When analytics is disabled through our control, BATETI removes its optional visitor and session identifiers from the browser.

You can also delete cookies, local storage and session storage through browser settings. Browser controls may remove your bag, sign you out or cause the consent banner to appear again. Signals such as Global Privacy Control are not currently used as a substitute for the on-site choice; you can always select “Essential only” without losing access to public content.
